## What it is The [HSA/FSA Eligibility Quiz](https://resources.glutenhero.net/hsa-fsa-quiz/) is a free six-question tool that tells you which of your celiac-related expenses your HSA or FSA administrator can reimburse, and what paperwork you need to submit them. ## What it asks The quiz asks six questions: 1. **Account type** — HSA, FSA, both, or exploring 2. **Diagnosis status** — documented celiac diagnosis, undocumented, related condition, or no diagnosis 3. **LMN status** — whether you have a Letter of Medical Necessity on file 4. **Expense categories** — which types of expenses you want to track (grocery premium, specialty items, supplements, dietitian visits, medical visits, mileage, restaurants, other) 5. **Administrator** — who manages your HSA or FSA (optional, used for submission tips) 6. **Tax year** — current year, prior year, or planning ahead ## What you get Your results page shows: - An **eligibility tier** (Strong eligibility / Eligible once paperwork lines up / Records first / Plan dependent / Diagnosis required first) - A **per-expense verdict** for every category you selected, with the specific reason - A **documentation checklist** of what to gather before submitting ## Your answers are not saved The quiz runs entirely in your browser.
