    Billing questions: where to take them

    **For any billing question — cancellation, refund, card update, Founding Member badge — the right channel is a ticket under Billing. We handle these by hand and respond within two business days.**
    
    ## The Billing ticket channel
    
    Open a support ticket and choose Billing as the category. Include your Stripe receipt number if you have it; otherwise the email address you used at signup is enough for us to find your account.
    
    ## Stripe handles the money
    
    All payments are processed through Stripe — never the App Store or Google Play. Stripe receipts come from receipts@stripe.com; Gluten Hero billing emails come from billing@glutenhero.net. Both are legitimate.
