How to submit a support ticket

## Open the ticket form

Tap the help button in the app, then Get Support. Or visit community.glutenhero.net/support directly. Sign in if you aren't already.

## Pick a category

- General Support — questions about using Gluten Hero.
- Account & Data — account changes, data deletion, privacy.
- Billing — payment, subscription, or Founding Member questions.
- Feature Question — questions about how something works.

## Send and track

Enter a subject and a clear description, then tap Send Ticket. You'll get a ticket number like GH-0042 back instantly. Track replies at community.glutenhero.net/support.
