    My sign-in code never arrived

You asked Gluten Hero for a sign-in code, and nothing showed up. Here is how to find it, in the order most likely to work.

    ## Check spam or junk first

This is the answer most of the time, and it is nobody's fault. Email providers are cautious about short messages containing a code, and a first-time sender is exactly the kind of message they hold back. Search your mail for "Gluten Hero" with spam and junk included in the search, rather than scrolling the folder by eye.

Found it there? Mark it "not spam" or move it to your inbox. That teaches your provider to deliver the next one straight to you.

    ## Check the address you typed

Codes are tied to the exact address you entered. A typo means the code went somewhere real, just not to you. Tap "Use a different email" on the sign-in screen and try again.

If you have more than one address, make sure you are using the one your Gluten Hero account was created with.

    ## Give it a minute, then ask for a new one

The email usually lands within about 30 seconds, and occasionally takes a couple of minutes when a mail provider is being slow. Codes expire one hour after we send them.

If yours has expired, or you would rather not wait, tap "Send a new code" on the sign-in screen. A fresh code arrives and the old one stops working immediately. There is no limit you need to worry about; asking again is fine.

    ## Add us to your contacts

If the code keeps landing in spam, adding the sender address to your contacts is the most reliable fix on your end. Most providers treat a known contact as trusted and stop filtering.

    ## Still nothing?

Get in touch through the support desk at community.glutenhero.net and tell us which email provider you use, such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or something at your own domain. That detail genuinely narrows it down, because providers filter differently, and it helps us fix the underlying delivery for everyone rather than just getting you in this once.
