**Three causes, in order of how often we see them. If none of these is it, send us a ticket — include your browser.** ## Diagnosis attestation is off Exports are gated behind the diagnosis attestation toggle. If you skipped that step during onboarding (or turned it off later), the Download PDF button stays disabled. Settings → Diagnosis Attestation → toggle on. The button wakes back up immediately. ## The browser blocked the download PDFs generate in your browser, so anything that blocks downloads will block this. Look for a small download icon or notification at the top right of your browser (Chrome, Edge) or in the URL bar (Safari). Allow downloads from glutenhero.app and try again. ## Nothing logged for the year If you've signed in but haven't logged anything yet, the export has nothing to put in the PDF and quietly skips. Log at least one receipt, trip, or medical expense and the export will run.
