Sign-in code didn't arrive

**Your sign-in code usually arrives in under 30 seconds. If it hasn't, run this checklist before you write in.**

## Give it 60 seconds

Email providers occasionally buffer. Wait a full minute before requesting a new code; tapping "Send code" again invalidates the previous one.

## Check spam and Promotions

Search your inbox for the sender onboarding@glutenhero.net. Gmail users — check the Promotions tab.

## Confirm the address

Typos happen on phone keyboards. Re-enter the address carefully. If you signed up with a different email, switch to that one.

## Still nothing?

Open a support ticket under Account & Data and include the address you're trying. We'll either re-send or look up what's wrong.
