Here's what each one means, from our side.** ## The five statuses - Open — we received your ticket and will respond soon. - In Progress — we're actively working on it. - Waiting on You — we replied and need more from you. Reply and it auto-reopens. - Resolved — handled. You can reopen by replying. - Closed — complete, archived.
