The bug button takes about 20 seconds end-to-end and the team reads every report.** ## The bug button It's the small bug icon at the bottom-right of every screen in the Gluten Hero app, near the help button. Tap it from the screen where the problem is showing — that's important, because of what happens next. ## Screenshot capture The moment you tap the bug button, we capture a screenshot of what you were just looking at. That's why tapping it from the broken screen matters — the image is half of what we need to fix it. ## Annotating before you send Before you send, you'll get the screenshot back with simple tools — circles, arrows, text, and a redaction brush for blacking out anything personal. Circle the thing that's wrong. Draw an arrow if it helps. Black out your email address from a header if it landed in frame. None of these are required, but a circled "this number should be $42, not $24" turns a 30-minute investigation into a 30-second fix. ## What happens after You'll see a confirmation with the title we filed it under. The report lands on the Bug Desk where someone on the team triages it within a business day. If we need more from you, you'll hear back; if not, you'll see the fix when it ships in the next release.
