Common questions
What does Gluten Hero cost?
Free to try, $49 to keep your records. The free plan is permanent and includes 30 receipts a month, logging by hand, the dashboard, and imports. Annual is $49 a year for everything else.
Is there a monthly plan?
Not at this time. There are two options: the free tier and $49 a year. When we reduced the price, we removed the Monthly option. It makes it easier for our two-person team, so we can focus on making the app better for our Gluten Hero community. We may revisit the monthly option in the future.
What makes a Founding Member different?
Founding Members pay the same $49 a year, but the rate is locked for at least three years, and they get the founding badge, early access to new features, and a direct line to the team. The window is closing soon.
I paid $79 for my first year. What happens now?
If you paid $79 for your first year, your second year is covered, and you will not be billed for it. You do not need to do anything.
Does it work for restaurants?
Yes. Log the restaurant, the menu price, and the gluten-free surcharge, or log just the surcharge on its own. Dining gets its own category and its own bar in Insights.
Is this tax advice?
No. Gluten Hero is a financial tracking and planning tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or medical advice. It produces reports ready for your CPA or tax professional to review before filing Schedule A. Always confirm details with official resources and qualified professionals.
